Pneumatic magnetic suction cups are designed for the transportation of flat-surface, ferromagnetic objects, with a sheet thickness of 0.5 mm.
Characteristics:
These systems are used for the transport of objects such as:
- Objects and sheets of pressed or perforated steel.
- Metallic grids.
Once a pneumatic magnetic suction cup has been applied to an object, the object will not be released, even if the air pressure is interrupted, or the power source disconnected.
Magnetic contact is made pneumatically. Control is possible by means of 5/3 or even 5/2 valves.
Areas of Use:
For transport and transfer uses in:
- Automatic production lines.
- Press transfer systems.
- Robotics: “Pick-and-place” systems.
