Magnetic Torpedo

The magnets are usually installed where the raw material enters, and also in the first stages of the production process.

This device is designed to avoid ferrous particles affecting the working of high cost machinery, such as mixers, grinders, and screw conveyors.

Tubes made out of magnetic materials (ferrite / neodymium) generate powerful penetrating magnetic flux fields that guarantee the separation of ferrous waste; the capsule design helps to maintain the product undamaged and maintain the flow during the processing of the product at high speed.

All the gathered waste is separated from the moving product flow and magnetically held close to the tube so it is not dragged away by the product flow.
