Description

These types of grids are used in any production process where contamination with metallic particles is continuous or where it is simply necessary to have a continuous cleaning.

This kind of separating system can be installed in any process such as: mills, grinders, screens and other recycling or treatment machinery.

In order to guarantee a high level of resistance to corrosion and waste, these kinds of grids are produced in stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316). Working temperature is of 80ºC and to order, grids withstanding higher temperatures can be produced.

Depending on the particles and the materials it will detect, the space between the bars will be greater or smaller.

Maximum working temperature:

Working temperature is of 80ºC although to order, we can supply systems which stand up to 150ºC.
