Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U. has implemented the quality standards ISO 9001, 16949 and 14001 as a benchmark in its activities, to highlight its commitment to quality. This document describes the commitments and conditions on the supply of goods by Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U.

PRICES: The prices that appear in our delivery notes and invoices are those agreed in our offers and do not include VAT. or other taxes currently in effect. They are subject to a period of validity and market conditions.

DELIVERY TIME: The delivery period will be established in the conditions agreed in each order, always considering it as a guide. We will not be responsible in any case and under any circumstances for delays that may occur for reasons beyond the control of Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U. or force majeure.

TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS: The goods are considered to be in the possession of the client / buyer at the time they leave our warehouses, traveling at their own risk, even if they are sent freight prepaid, regardless of the transport company.

RECEIPT OF GOODS: It is considered that the goods delivered are in accordance with the agreement provided that no claim is made within the 15 calendar days following the date of receipt, by the client / buyer.

In the event that any delivery is considered defective due to internal defects (not detectable at sight), you will only have the right to replace it or cancel the order placed, excluding any other type of compensation.

QUALITY: Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U. undertakes to inform the client about all the technical data of the product through the Technical Sheet and the precautions to be taken in its use, storage, labeling and packaging, etc., through the data contained in the Safety Data Sheet when the product supplied requires it.

It is the user's responsibility to determine the suitability of the products for the intended uses and applications, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations (REACH and others), as well as the suitability of the means of production and application, since it will be their sole responsibility. Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U. specifically declines any responsibility for damages of any kind, incidental or derived as a consequence of the incorrect use of the products, including loss of profits.

RETURNS: The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days to present a disagreement if the merchandise delivered is considered defective or wrong. Returns will not be accepted without their original packaging, defective due to misuse, storage and / or incorrect conservation, etc ... The shipping costs of a return will be borne by the customer as long as it is not an error made by Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U.

PAYMENT: The Pro forma, Offers and Invoices do not imply a reservation of the desired products. If payment is not received within 15 days from the date of issue and shipment, the order will be canceled. The payment term may vary according to the conditions agreed with each client.

The merchandise will remain the property of Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U. as long as the total payment of the same is not made. In case of delay in the payment of invoices, Ingeniería Magética Aplicada S.L.U. reserves the right to suspend the supply of new orders or the business relationship, without waiving claiming damages, as well as late payment interest.

LITIGATION: In all cases of suspension of payments or bankruptcy, the client is obliged to record the appropriate reservation of ownership in favor of the material that we had not collected in its entirety, especially at the time the minutes are drawn up. or blocking or embargo proceedings.
