Description

This separating system is produced with magnets protected by an extractor belt which captures the pieces removed by the magnetic device, keeping it clean and in top working conditions at all times.

Format:

  • Metal structure in lateral U-forms
  • Colour: Yellow
  • 4 M-16 suspension points
  • Black rubber Belt GB 400 with 40mm high traps

 

Engine:

  • Drum engine – Internal motor inside roller with clutch transmission.
  • 1.5 KW A 2.4 KW—1.5 A 2.4 M/SEG

Remarks:

The overbands are designed for working over the belt in transverse or longitudinal position, depending on the installation conditions and the type of work it will be used for.

These type of systems are used when the amount of metallic particles is very high.

The belt which circulates around the overband is operated by a geared motor of appropriate power.
