Alnico rings are made from a combination of aluminum, nickel, and cobalt. Alnico magnets are known for their high resistance to high temperatures and corrosion.
The alnico ring is a type of magnet found in industrial applications such as meters, detection instruments, and others.
Alnico rings are very strong and have a high resistance to demagnetization. As they are created from alnico magnets they have a high magnetisability and high inductance. However, they have a low coercive force.
Alnico rings have an axial magnetization, which is located on the two flat surfaces. This type of magnet resists high temperatures and is therefore often used in areas such as the medical sector and for the production of aerospace sensors.
Alnico ring magnets are highly resistant to corrosion and will not lose their magnetic qualities over time.
Format:
Alnico rings or rings have a small size. As they have a high corrosion resistance, they do not need a coating.
Maximum working temperature:
Alnico rings have magnetic characteristics that are maintained at a temperature of up to 425ºC, in case a higher temperature is needed, we can manufacture them on demand. In the same way that we have seen in the section on measurements if a higher temperature is required, we can also produce them at a higher temperature.
