CHARACTERISTICS

Estos sistemas de separación magnética se utilizan principalmente los sectores del reciclaje y la gestión de residuos.

Se pueden colocar tanto para un funcionamiento paralelo a la cinta transportadora como de manera transversal ya que su labor será la de atraer los metales ferrosos que se encuentren sobre dicha cinta.

En su interior se encuentra una placa magnética formada por potentes imanes permanentes. De esta manera, lograremos un filtraje férrico perfecto de los residuos que circulen por la cinta y que serán apartados de manera automática y llevados al emplazamiento hacia el que esté orientado el Overband.

Advantage

The overband is designed to be installed on top of a conveyor belt. In the center of the overband, a permanent magnet is installed, which is surrounded by a ribbon that displaces the ferrous elements attracted and deposit them on another surface. In this way, the base of the overband is always clear.

Overbands are suitable for the continuous removal of ferromagnetic particles, such as iron or steel.
The overlays are used for the recovery (recycling) of metal particles or the elimination of iron contamination.
