These types of grids are used for separating any unwanted ferrous particle found in powder ed or granulated products, liquid or dry. For this reason, they are especially designed and suitable for the food or ceramics industry, etc.
The placement of these types of grids can be in many different positions. Normally, they are placed in the entrance of hoppers, pipes or channels. Their function is to separate the ferrous metal which circulates through these systems. The careful selection of dimensions for the system, guarantees a minimum resistance to the flow of materials.

These filters have a polished stainless steel finish (AISI 304 or AISI 316) which assures a high resistance to rust and wear.
These types of magnetic grids are made with neodymium magnets, and have approximately 5 times more magnetic strength than conventional material.
Our standard range includes a variety of measures appropriate to every need. Please consult us for advice based on your needs. Magnetic grids may be produced in any dimensions. The diameters of the bars can be Ø25 / Ø33 / Ø43 mm. The space between filter bars depends on the product it will be handling. Also, depending on the particles and the materials it will detect, the space between the bars will be greater or smaller.
Maximum working temperature:
They withstand an 80ºC working temperature, although to order, we can supply systems which stand up to 150ºC.
