A fast and completely automatic system of magnetic filtration

Specifications:

The automatic magnetic cleaning system is activated by pneumatic pistons that move stainless steel covers linearly on to the magnets. These covers drag the iron particles to the exit (A and B), where the iron contamination is released because of the absence of magnets.

This process is repeated automatically without the need to stop the production process and with no operator

The cleaning cycles of the Filter are programmed with the pneumatic valve which is supplied incorporated into the machine.
