In our equipment for quality control we have fluxometers, gauges, permeameters and different equipment to control the composition of materials, both magnetic and non-magnetic.

Our equipment is equipped with the most advanced technology and allows us to carry out a large number of tests in the most optimal and precise way. IMA works daily with the commitment and responsibility to ensure a product with a high level of quality. Permanent magnets are used in almost all industrial sectors. Our customers in the robotic, pharmaceutical, automotive or aerospace industries have strict requirements that can only be met with high-quality quality control.

Our company supplies safety parts that require compliance with serious criteria and provisions. A good quality of the products is the result of a detailed planning and its exact realization.
We have implemented a quality management system according to the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 and also the specific reference for automotive IATF 16949:2016.

A strictly controlled acquisition of raw materials and carefully selected suppliers, for their quality and extensive chemical, physical and technical controls of the material, guarantee the use of basic materials of the highest quality.

The statistical control of processes, as well as the control of materials, are carried out with the support of the most modern software. The exit inspections of our products are carried out in accordance with the DIN 40 080 standard.

We have a highly qualified staff as well as a special R & D department, which thanks to control and test equipment can obtain a wide range of information, characteristics, curves and magnetic values of our products.
